Job Description
(Name Undisclosed) is accepting applications for the position of Head of Sales – India Production for all of our upcoming studio and event streaming from India. The responsibilities include:

* Market acquisition in India as per the monthly targets set for 2012.
* Manage and meet sales expense budgets
o Regularly submit expense details to accounts
o Keep a track of marketing costs
* Negotiate pricing with clients within the set limits
o Ensure that the profit margins are maintained
o Ensure that production costs are in-check
* Ensure that all required legal paper work is done for event broadcast
o Ensure that production process is followed
o MOU should be signed and advance payment should be received
o NOC from concerned people should be obtained (artists, partners, etc)
* Coordinate with clients, vendors and producers for event coverage
* Coordinate with US team for global promotional activities
* Communicate with customers constantly for repeat business
o Keep track of upcoming events of client
o Keep customers informed about new updates in (Name Undisclosed)
* Give feedback to management to improve product offerings
o Collect feedback from customers and vendors
* Developing India sales strategy and plan
o Ensure that clients promote (Name Undisclosed) along with their event
o Hire, train and develop India sales team (future)
* Report on current and future sales opportunities
o Update sales tracker

This is a full-time position with base in Bangalore and travel within India to meet potential clients whenever necessary. The candidate must be willing to join us within a month.

Desired Skills & Experience
A qualification in Sales/ Marketing is desired though not mandatory. Good track record of sales made is required. At least 6 years to 10 Yrs of sales experience is mandatory.
Understanding of Video production/ broadcasting industry is required. Applicants should have excellent communication and organizational skills. A self-motivated collaborator that can drive a team to success. Good network of clients and associates in the required industry is a must. Willingness to travel and meet client
