Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Seeking a career in the IT industry with a long term desire to move into Sales role.

• The incumbent will be required to:

–  To interact with NA & Europe Clients to seek and set up appointment for Sales Personnel

Should be willing to work in UK & US timings

• identify market potential for the product/s of the Company

• generate quality lead through account research & cold calling

• send introductory email to decision maker/s – make cold calls and follow ups with prospects

• Receive and respond appropriately to inbound telephone and email enquiry!

• Determine customer needs & work closely with / provide support to the sales team.

• Ability to encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand use of Organization products and services.

• Works well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships

• Consistent, month on month quota attainment.

• The quota could vary from a revenue target to the quality of sales pipeline built.

• Some or all Inside Sales activities including lead generation, up-sell/cross sell, qualification of prospects.

• Disciplined implementation of the sales process and contribution to improving the sales strategy.

• Deliver on sales outreach programs including cold calls, warm follow-up calls, emails and social media (LinkedIn etc).

• Documentation of all sales metrics using a CRM like Salesforce.com

• Good verbal and written communication.

• Self-driven & ability to work individually and as part of team

• Person Profile:

The incumbent must possess / be:

• 4 to 8+ years’ solution selling / relevant work experience related to inside sales.

– good voice quality and a pleasant disposition

– good oral and written communication skills

– proven selling skills / relationship building skills

– net & computer savvy

• International Market exposure a must, UK exposure preferred.

• Demonstrates a good understanding of technology and the Internet – especially in Information Security & Infrastructure

• Graduate degree (BA/BS/BE, any stream) or MBA
