· Looking for a candidate with over 10 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
· The candidates responsibilities will be: {Solutioning & Capability building: Lead the innovation team to develop performance testing & engineering utilities, accelerators & differentiators. Build and continuously evolve performance testing/engineering artifacts including templates, guideline documents and checklist to be used at various phases of performance testing SDLC.
· Build strong performance testing/engineering capability spanning across multiple tools and technology areas.
· Provide thought leadership in performance testing/engineering and look for avenues to grow Performance Testing Practice within company. Advise our global customers on implementation of performance testing/engineering best practices} {Pre-Sales Support: Provide pre-sales support which includes presenting company’s Performance Testing Capabilities, Providing Solutions for RFP/RFIs, Estimation Support and proposal presentation.
· Drive as assist creation of Performance Testing / Engineering collaterals like Capability Pitch, Case Studies, and White Papers etc.} {Delivery Support: Provide delivery support to projects of varying sizes which includes management oversight and technical solutioning/troubleshooting. Manage Stakeholder expectations – both internal to company (Sales, Project Manager, Client Partner) as well as external (Customer Project Manager).
· Possesses expertise in at least HP Load Runner and an open source performance tool. Should be able to coach team members on this tools.} {Others: Resource/Demand Management – Based on the current and forecasted demand, Identify the need for ramping-up resources in Performance Testing. Participate in recruitment activities.
· Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal & people management skills. The candidate should have a positive attitude and should be a role model for the entire Performance Testing group.} |
