Department: Communication and Corporate Responsibility (CR)

Context

Within ATSS, the Communication and CR Team is responsible for:

  • Developing and rolling-out ATSS’ Communication strategy with key business stakeholders in alignment with the global communication strategy of (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Tech (General Manager, HR, Transformation, Technical Domains, Finance, Procurement, Executive Leadership Team)
  • To adapt and roll-out (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Tech’s CR strategy within the entity

The Senior Communication & CR Manager must be in a position to support the business strategy with high level recommendations and at the same time propose and implement hands-on suggestions and solutions.

Primary Mission

  • The Senior Communication & CR manager is the point of contact for the (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Tech Business Stakeholders with regards to any internal and external communication initiatives, the CR program and the brand reputation protection.

Core Activities

  • On the basis of the global (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Tech communication strategy, define and roll-out the internal communication strategy of (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Tech in India with strong alignment with the business strategy and in collaboration with all company departments

o    Diagnosis

o    Creation of key messages

o    Definition of objectives per target

o    Identification of the communication framework

o    Roll-out of approved actions (editorial, events, videos…)

o    Measurement of actions

o    Ad hoc advice

  • On the basis of the global (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Tech CR strategy, adapt and roll-out CR related activities within (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Tech in India with particular emphasis on:

o    The Employee pillar (wellbeing, diversity and inclusion…) – in relation with HR

o    The Environment pillar (green IT, recycling, awareness on climate change…)

o    The Community pillar ((COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Hearts in Action, volunteering…)

o    The (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Tech Flagship (Rescue Telecom)

  • Manage the yearly employee engagement survey in connection with HR

o    Engagement of top management and middle managers

o    Communication

o    Result analysis

o    Action planning

o    Administration of the survey

  • Coordinate with the other (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) companies in India on Communication and CR initiatives to reap the benefits of (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED)’s presence in the country, notably on the Employer branding aspects
  • Protect (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) and (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Tech’s reputation in India

o    Ensure awareness and compliance with the (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Tech brand and reputation policy

  • Support global Communication and CR (COMPANY NAME UNDISCLOSED) Tech actions (CEO road shows, escalation of local news at global level, active participation to the Communication and CR global network…)

  • Strong oral and written skills in English
  • Understanding of business and strategic stakes
  • Ability to analyze a business situation and make Communication and CR recommendations
  • Digital-savviness (capacity to leverage social media, familiarity with new digital behaviours…)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work within a budget, meet deadlines
  • Capacity to see the big picture as well as being detail-oriented
  • Communication skills (definition of communication plans, creation of communication kits, ability to adjust tools to target audiences…)
